Broker In Charge Requirement Goes Into Effect


All Broker Managers (BM), Branch Brokers (BB) or Proprietary Brokers (BP) whose licenses expire on or after June, 2012 will be required to complete a fifteen (15) clock hour “Brokers in Charge” course.

 

In Addition, such brokers will be required to complete at least two of the four currently required core courses totaling at least six (6) hours. All other license types may take the “Broker in Charge” course in lieu of the current required core courses.
