DACA recipients are not eligible to obtain an Oklahoma Real Estate license.
INA Section 248 (8 US Code Section 1258) requires the beneficiary to be in a lawful non-immigrant status to begin with, before their status can be changed. In order to be granted a change of status into a non-immigrant status like H-1B, TN, or R-1, INA ยง 248 requires the beneficiary to be in lawful non-immigrant status to begin with; DACA is not considered a lawful non-immigrant status.
We will stay closely informed on any legal changes regarding DACA status. Please note that we will publish notice on our website if any legal changes occur that enable us to grant a license to DACA recipients.
