Hi Tom,
This is chad, I took your class last year. it was great and very helpful. That’s why I wanna choose the 45 hours post license class from your also. last time you said that you will give a code to me before I register this class, which would save $30. I am wondering can I have it soon? I am looking forward to your reply. Thank you for your help and wish I can have more classes with you also.

I wanted to write and thank you and Jim for the awesome instruction, and also give you some feedback about the PSI exam… which I passed on Saturday with an awesome 90%! I know you guys probably like to stay in tune with that.
But first, I wanted to let you know that I am officially on board with Century 21 . My broker talks very highly of you and MBSRE.
Anyway, just wanted to follow up and give you guys a big thanks for getting me this far!

I PASSED!! First time. I think it actually helps to take your tests 3 times..Lol
They made me drive to Tulsa though because Shepherd Mall’s computers blew up from a power surge. Sent me an email 1hr before to cancel. Nice.

Tom, passed the test with an 84.
LOTS of questions regarding a licensee and what they can and can not do if their license has lapsed. Who they notify, when, how, etc. Also a lot of questions regarding how they interact with a broker.
