Real Estate License Applications Process

Oklahoma Real Estate Commission New Fingerprint Service as of April 5, 2019

Beginning April 5, 2019, all original and reinstatement applicants must use the IdentoGO electronic fingerprinting service provided by IDEMIA. An applicant can schedule a short 10-minute appointment to submit their fingerprint-based national criminal history record check at a local IdentoGO center.

Please note that after April 5, 2019, the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission will no longer accept fingerprint cards via mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). IDEMIA will collect all costs associated with the national criminal history record check.

The applicant will receive pricing information, methods of payment, identification requirements, and the location of the IdentoGO enrollment center during the appointment scheduling process.

To schedule a required appointment, please direct all applicants to https://ok.ibtfingerprint.com with the following instructions:

1. Select “Schedule a New Appointment”

2. Select “Oklahoma Real Estate Commission” from the agency dropdown list

3. Follow the screen prompts to complete the scheduling of your appointment, and then visit the IdentoGO center at your scheduled date, time, and location.
