You must Bookmark your progress. The OREC had us setup the course where a student could not proceed to the next chapter until the passed the exam from the previous chapter.

The link to the next chapter will be found on the answer page.

There are 4 steps to complete the online course. It is imperative that you complete steps 1, 2 and 3 before proceeding to step 4.

Step 1 is reading over the OREC Code and Rules.

Step 2 is going over the Landlord and Tenant Act, Residential/Non-Residential.

Step 3 is going over the Interpleader Act..

Step 4 contains 26 chapters, a final exam and it is written in JAVA Script so any browser should work. It is set up in a format where you must pass the Chapter 1 test before you can proceed to Chapter 2. Answers and Explanations along with the link to the next Chapter are in the Confirmation page that loads when you pass each end of Chapter Test. It is important to "Add to Favorites" or "Bookmark" each chapter. This way, you can start where you left off or go back and study. This was the format that was dictated by the OREC.

Each chapter has a 30, 60 or 150 question test that will open in a New Window. This is an open book test. The test is setup in a "Form" format. You will answer the questions by clicking the button nest to the answer you think is correct. At the end of each test there is a Button that reads, "Submit Answers". If you pass you will be taken to an answer and explanation page. The next chapter can be accessed on this page.

Exam answers are NOT posted or sent. You can check your answers or print them out before you submit the exam. A score of 90% must be achieved before the exam will submit. There is an answer check option under the submit button.

Thanks,
Tom
